I am Enrico and through Homeyservice I manage several properties on behalf of the owners for short-term rentals on the south-east coast of Sardinia.
Property info
This accommodation in the center, managed by Homeyservice is close to all services. The distance from the beach is only 50 meters and our apartment is part of a series of bungalows located inside a private condominium "Free beach residence" overlooking the beach.
The bungalow consists of an entrance with a kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. Between mid-June and mid-September you will have the opportunity to use the condominium beach with umbrellas for free and in the house you will find two deck chairs. You can park on the street or inside the condominium parking lot. The outdoor space in front of the bungalow is furnished with outdoor furniture and is available to guests, but is not delimited by fences or anything else.
Being a condominium all the outdoor spaces are shared with the other condominiums.
