The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift inside a late 1400 building, in the historic center.
It is a small two-room apartment completely renovated of 25 square meters. Composed of a living area with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, dining table. The bedroom with a standard double bed 160x190, wardrobe and TV.
The apartment is heated and cooled by split.
To take into consideration the very small bathroom 1.50 x 90 cm. Inside we find the toilet, (no bidet) sink and shower corner.
Access to the apartment is via a door opener code that will be sent on the day of arrival after receiving the identity documents. It is not possible to issue a tax invoice as the structure is not a company with VAT number..
The apartment on the second and 1/2 floor without lift is located inside a late 1400s building, in the historic centre.
