House & Pool is a brand new structure of a few apartments in a private house, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and a new swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. A few steps you will find yourself on the shores of Lake Mergozzo and in the center of the characteristic village. The public beach is located in front of the structure. All apartments are equipped with every comfort, furnished with care. Inside the property you can park your car. Stresa and the Borromean islands are only 8 km away.
