About 3 km from Loro Ciuffenna there is this wonderful property in a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Valdarno and the Chianti mountains. The old farmhouse, from the 1300s, today offers ideal hospitality for those seeking relaxation in an unspoiled landscape. The main farmhouse has 2/3 floors, in the central floor there is the living area with kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and terraces on both sides, in order to enjoy the sun both in the morning and in the evening, or to have shade when needed. Opposite, a few meters away, there is an annex with sauna, shower and bathroom. On the floor below there is, with separate access, an independent apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Three other bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the upper floor. In front of the house, on the large panoramic terrace, you can relax in the whirlpool bath, while you look away. A path leads down to the swimming pool area (80 m), with solarium and gazebo: here there is also a nice annex for two people. There is also a barbecue area, games for children and adults. Private access of 200 m unpaved

There is also a barbecue area, games for children and adults and even the possibility to move around: either on foot, walking in the cool mountains of Pratomagno (1600 m), or by bicycle, following the ancient "Setteponti" road that connects Arezzo (30 km) in Florence (50 km). By car, in about an hour you can easily reach these two cities, as well as Siena and the villages of Chianti. Needless to list the wonderful museums of these cities ... but also Loro Ciuffenna itself is a pretty town where you can go shopping, have a cappuccino at the bar, an aperitif in the square and, if you wish, take a bath in the cool waters of the picturesque stream that cross the country.
