Tranquillo e caratteristico alloggio ubicato nel cuore del centro storico di Salerno, nella parte più alta e più bella della città con una vista spettacolare sul mare e con un grazioso balconcino che affaccia sul più antico orto botanico d'Europa, i Giardini della Minerva, dedicati alla Scuola Medica Salernitana. Dotato di tutti i comfort, è un vero nido di pace e relax. Luminoso e tranquillo, con l'ascensore pubblico operativo tutti i giorni dell'anno fino alle ore 22.00 è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti la centralissima via Roma, la villa comunale e la fermata dell'autobus per la Costiera amalfitana.
L'appartamento affaccia sul più antico orto botanico d'Europa, i Giardini della Minerva, dedicati alla Scuola Medica Salernitana. Qui in questo giardino nel 1055 i monaci distillarono per la prima volta le bacche di ginepro e ottennero il prezioso infuso che utilizzavano come rimedio per curare reumatismi e gotta. Il quartiere è caratteristico del centro storico salernitano, fatto di piccole stradine e vicoletti che portano al Lungomare, al Corso Vittorio Emanuele e al porto.
