Villa with olive grove and small pine forest: an oasis in the green 15 kilometers from the center of Palermo and 7 from the Cathedral of Monreale. This two-storey villa, newly renovated, offers guests views of the mountains and valleys that descend to the sea. The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a sofa, a table and a fireplace for colder days. Here, there is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also equipped with an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower. A few stairs lead to the upper floor where there is a second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and two single beds, enriched by exposed beams. A full bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor. Outdoors, the property offers an olive grove and a small pine forest, as well as a barbecue area with table and chairs. Guests will have at their disposal comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump. *Possibility to park a car inside the property.

Our house is located a few kms away from the center of Monreale, just 10 km from Palermo. The city of Monreale is famous all over the world thanks to its architectural beauties: its famous cathedral is in fact one of the places of historical and cultural interest of the site called "Arab-Norman Palermo and the cathedrals of Cefalù and Monreale", awarded by UNESCO in 2015. The cathedral of Santa Maria Nuova has been included in the list of world heritage sites and is considered one of the most important medieval churches in the world, with many styles blended together. Palermo train station and the airport are respectively 30 and 40 minutes away by car.
