The apartment was completely completely renovated. It's composed of entrance, living room with sofa bed (1 or 2 people) kitchen area, two spacious double bedrooms, bathroom with large shower.
It's fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka, american coffee machine, color TV with satellite, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, goose down duvets, quilts warm cotton, fine bedspreads.
Radiator heating and air conditioning system.
The canal view (the large holder of the living room window looks out directly on the water) is very impressive and allows you to capture the true essence of this magnificent city "floating".
The large outdoor courtyard, private and exclusive use, allows you to dine outdoors in total privacy.
I'm Venetian, love "chronic" of my city.

The apartment is located in the heart of Cannaregio, one of the six districts of Venice.
The district, very popular and lively, has excellent Vaporetto, since it develops along the Grand Canal, and is traversed from the canal. Strategic extremely close to the Saint Lucia railway station and Piazzale Roma, the car terminal.
Just in this district is the Ghetto reached by a "portico-covered" at the foot of the Bridge of the Spires. The iron hinges are still visible of the doors that once closed the Ghetto during the night.
The main street of the entire district is the wide route that leads from the station of Saint Lucia in Rialto: the "Strada Nova".
From the house, located a few steps from Palazzo Vendramin Calergi, the current seat of the Venice Casino, you can easily reach Piazza San Marco in about 20 minutes.
No more than 100 meters away is the pier of San Marcuola, where the vaporetto stop of urban public boat line (lines 1 and 2).
At the 5-minute walk away you will reach the train station and in 10 minutes the car terminal at Piazzale Roma.
