La Panoramica was an old farm that has been restored a first time in the seventies and again in the 2019 by me. The renovation works finished in June 2019. I have created this place with the purpose to share its beauty with my guests and make people happy! I work with my heart and my biggest desire is to help my host to have great, unforgettable holydays!
The property is more than 10 hectares and we make organic olive oil and honey. There is a big garden, a lovely swimming pool and a barbecue area, as you perhaps already know.

Gubbio is a medieval town rich in arts, a simple tour in her narrow streets is amazing. Gubbio is also plenty of extremely good restaurants. A unique opportunity to taste the real spirit of the Italian countryside. Milions of places to visit within 1 and 2 Hours approximately: the whole Umbria, Tuscany and le Marche with her beaches. Roma is just 2,5 hours.
And, as a special treat, you’ll have the opportunity to rent a real Italian Vespa scooter to really enjoy a discovery trip in the Umbrian country, in the most authentic Italian way!! We choose not to have television but you’ll have free Wi Fi access inside and outside the house.
