The living room adjoins the DINING ROOM, furnished with chairs and a table that can also be used as a smart working station thanks to the free, super-fast Wi-Fi. The house also features a DOUBLE BEDROOM with a king-size bed featuring a top-of-the-line mattress and pillows to ensure a perfect, well-deserved rest! You'll also find a full BATHROOM with shower and toilet, where a welcome kit with shampoo and conditioner and towels of various sizes for each guest is included in the price, so you don't have to bring your own. The house's KITCHEN is fully equipped with all appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the usual utensils, such as plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, and pots, so you can prepare your meals as if you were at home! The house is located in Olginate, a town just 15 minutes from Lecco. This is where Lake Como originates; the river gradually expands until it forms the famous Lake Como. From the house, you'll have a wonderful view of the greenery and the river. The neighborhood is very quiet, so you can relax and enjoy unique moments just minutes from Lake Como! Near the house, there are shops of all kinds, as well as pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants.
