Tastefully furnished, it has a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, ideal for families and groups of friends. There are two bathrooms with shower and a washing machine, air conditioning and heating. There is no shortage of outdoor spaces: to the side of the house there is a large terrace with pergola, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs (accessible via a staircase) and there is also parking in the courtyard and a protected garage for bicycles (with charging) or motorcycles. The apartment is located in Riva di Solto, a charming village located on the northern shores of Lake Iseo framed by the splendid mountains that surround it. The location is renowned for its breathtaking panorama and the bogn bay. Walking through the small medieval village, you can admire the parish church of San Nicola built in the first half of the 16th century and renovated between the 18th and 19th centuries; the small church of San Rocco from 1526; the church of San Bernardino from 1482, the small church of S. Cassiano a Gargarino from the 10th century, inside which you can admire wonderful frescoes from the 14th and 15th centuries. In the Rivago area there is a tower, once part of a small fortified nucleus built in the mid-13th century Riva di Solto is an excellent starting point ideal for excursions in the surrounding area, to enjoy the waters of the lake with activities such as swimming, kayaking and boat trips.
