Our very competitive tariffe are not only set to extract only the maximum out put from the market instead it's a part of a collective efforts with the help of our guests by choosing every seconda day the shower accessories and room acessories for example towels and bed lines and keep there room tidy instead of requesting all these services every day, by doing this collective efforts we could reduce the carbon finger prints from produced from industrial laundry and keep maintain our tariffs moderate as well.
This newel born company is yet managing this propriety but with a good feed back from our guests we will surely grow day by day.

One of very few proprieties in the very heart of Polignano a Mare so near to one of the accesses to the very famous beach of this splendid and vibrant city. By choosing us you just take your beach towel and reach in few minutes to the beach.
Ever room has a balcony and our roof top apartment has a very wide private tarrace, you can view a super duper HD Panorama that the nature has gifted to this property.
We would as well like provides some information about our check - in, service so that you can organize you vacation in an effective so as we only offers check in service from 15:00 - 19:00 instead of a reception service so in case if you would like to check in after of before our time table mentioned above, we kindly request you to contact us Telefonically to arrange a private check-in service with an extra charge of fifteen euros which you can pay directly on arrival.
