Le Logge Parma is a temporary rental activity composed of two housing units finely renovated and furnished. The apartments are located at the second and third floor of a fascinating historic building, which is situated in the centre of Parma, in Borgo della Trinità n.2, on the corner of Via Cavallotti. Le Logge arises from the will to offer an excellent shelter in the heart of the city. The apartments offer quality, comfort, secrecy and independence to guests who look for a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, while heading on business or travelling for pleasure. The detailed and radical renovation of these two large apartments ended in 2017. Every detail of the houses, from the finish to the furniture, from the illumination to the accessories, clearly shows the focus on quality, the attention to detail and the homeowners’ fondness for art and design. The width of the spaces and the substantial square footage ensure the possibility to host up to 8 people in each accommodation, for short or extended periods of time.

Since its opening, Le Logge has supported an annual art exhibition programme in cooperation with some artists, most of whom come from Parma. Each room has been employed to explore new ways of enjoying art within an environment effectively experienced by the spectator himself. The domestic and quiet context represents an innovative exhibition space that permits to get mostly in touch with the artworks. This framework can also free art from its institutional contexts, most of the time too cold and impersonal, by restoring a more intimate and daily dimension. Le Logge Parma intends to allow room for different artists and art forms. Better conditions for the exploitation and the fruition of artworks are created thanks to extended art exhibitions inside the apartments.

Le Logge Parma is only 400 meters away from Piazza Duomo, while Teatro Regio, Palazzo della Pilotta and Parco Ducale are 500 meters far. Located at 700 meters from Piazza Garibaldi, the property enjoys a strategic position with reference to the most characteristic places and the main tourist attractions of the city. The railway station is a few minutes walk from the houses and the surrounding area is excellently served by public transport. In close proximity, guests can also find a parking garage, which is open 24h. The agency EFSA, European Food Safety Authority, is approximately 1 km distant from Le Logge.
