Delightful apartment in the center of Ladispoli, very close to the sea. It's perfect to visit Rome enjoying the quiet of a seaside town . The capital is only 20 minutes by train! Suitable for home office and family vacation. Ladispoli offers entertainment, shopping and relax all year round.
Via Odescalchi is an historic street of Ladispoli. It takes its name from the prince Ladislao Odescalchi, the founder of the city. We are in the heart of city, a short walk from the sea, the center and the station. Viale italia is the main street and it's only 200 meters away from the building. You can also find bars, restaurants and shops throughout the neighborhood. There's a daily market and a public playground for kids in front of the building.
