Beautiful sunny loft in the heart of Venice, located in a characteristic yet very quiet area. This 60 sqm apartment is situated on the first floor of a modern building with a private entrance and offers a wonderful view of a typical and charming garden. Convenient to all amenities, it consists of a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV. One bathroom, two sofas, air conditioning, heating. We provide towels and bed linen.
Guests will also have access to children's equipment such as a high chair and a crib, available upon request. The apartment is located in Giudecca, a 12-minute ferry ride from Piazza San Marco. The location is excellent as it allows you to quickly reach the city center but also to retreat equally quickly to a quiet area, where you can experience Venice like a true Venetian. This area still preserves the traditional atmosphere of Venice. Here you can stroll through its quiet streets and enjoy the authentic Venetian experience, away from the tourist crowds.

La Giudecca enjoys a wonderful panoramic sight, I would say magic ! Try you to take an aperitif in one of the bars (100 metre frame the flat)enjoying the setting !
