Welcoming and classically furnished, it offers a comfortable setting after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area. Convenient to amenities and the train station, it is a perfect base for visiting Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Moneglia, and the Cinque Terre. The entrance opens onto an elegant and bright living room, furnished in a classic style reminiscent of the refined atmosphere of a vintage ship's cabins. It features armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a fold-out table that can be used as a desk or for breakfast or a quick meal, all while enjoying a splendid front sea view. The accommodation does NOT have a full kitchen, but the living room has everything you need to prepare breakfast or small snacks yourself: microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, two wine glasses and a small refrigerator. Continuing, you'll find the private bathroom, equipped with toilets and a shower. The master bedroom, also with a sea view, is furnished with a double bed (which can be separated into two singles upon request), a desk, and a wardrobe, ideal for a comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price for the number of guests booked. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning for the warmer months, independent heating for the winter, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs, within the same property, is the famous Lord Nelson restaurant, a historic Chiavari establishment opened in 1969, characterized by classic elegance with polished wood and nautical references. Pets are not allowed. Waste bins are located a few meters from the building entrance.

Hi, we're PMC and we manage vacation rentals in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond. We assist the Lord Nelson staff with bookings. The apartment is private and has no shared areas, except for the entrance and the stairs that lead to three other apartments in the same building. Therefore, we ask you to be polite and respectful of your neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. On the ground floor of the building, you'll find the famous Lord Nelson restaurant, owned by the same owner as the apartment. If you're interested in this service, please ask us or the staff directly upon arrival! The apartment is on the first floor and has two flights of stairs to the front door: please note this if you are elderly or have mobility issues. We will put you in touch with the Lord Nelson staff who will handle your check-in. CHECK-IN times are: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the latest. You can make arrangements with our staff based on your needs and budget. CHECK-OUT is by 10:00 AM. PLEASE NOTE: We can issue invoices, but we ask that you request them immediately, and no later than 12 days before your check-out date, otherwise we will not be able to process them. EXTRAS UPON CHECK-IN: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Chiavari charges a tourist tax of 1.50euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) year-round, which will be collected in cash upon arrival. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. 2) If your reservation is for one person and you wish to add an additional person, the cost will be 30euro per night.

Frequent and efficient connections allow for easy travel to both east and west: heading east, you can reach the Cinque Terre in about an hour, while heading west, you can quickly reach Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, and Genoa, making the train the most practical means of transport, especially during peak periods. During the summer season, it's also possible to travel by sea, thanks to tourist boats departing from the port of Chiavari, connecting the city to some of the most picturesque coastal towns, offering unique views of the seascape. A favorite destination not only for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts, this area of ​​Liguria is also popular with nature and hiking enthusiasts: kilometers of trails wind along the hills leading down to the sea, offering enchanting panoramic views of the coast.
