The doors of LoStabile opened to travelers in February 2024, immediately after the completion of the renovation works of the building. Within our team, tourism professionals actively contribute to making the experience at LoStabile unique and unforgettable. LoStabile is a project conceived and managed by LAN Architetture s.c.a.r.l. - Impresa Sociale, a cooperative of architects dedicated with passion to enhancing the beauty of spaces and promoting sustainability through the use of natural materials.

LoStabile is a guesthouse with a coworking space, shared kitchen, and terrace, located in a 1930s building renovated in 2022/2023, in the heart of the Libertà district in Bari. The guesthouse, located on the first floor, has three double/twin rooms (with the option of single beds), each featuring a balcony and a private bathroom. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with an adjacent dining area, ideal for feeling at home even while traveling. On the ground floor, there is a coworking space open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, available for both locals and travelers. It is a stimulating and functional space for those who need to work while staying in Bari. The coworking space offers 10 workstations (two workstations per room, depending on the number of guests), a meeting room and a fast Wi-Fi connection. On the top of the building, a panoramic terrace is set to become an urban garden, with relax areas and shared tables, perfect for socializing or enjoying a moment of peace. LoStabile is the perfect balance between private and shared spaces, where you can immerse yourself in a community open to exchanges and new connections, without giving up your independence and comfort.

LoStabile is located in the heart of the historic Libertà district in Bari, an authentic and vibrant area, characterized by small shops and a typically Barese atmosphere. Thanks to its strategic location, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot. Just a 5 minutes walk away is Brigata Bari station, served by trains coming from the airport and the central station. It takes just 10 minutes from the airport to Brigata Bari station. Additionally, several bus lines easily connect LoStabile to the Central Station, the city center, and the airport. A pleasure 20-minute walk will take you to both Bari Vecchia and the Central Station. For even more convenient mobility, Bari also offers electric scooter and bike-sharing services. There is free street parking near the property, and for those who prefer a more convenient option, paid parkings are available nearby.
