Maison de Leopardi is located a few steps from the Fuorigrotta cumana stop that connects, Pozzuoli, in one direction and the other the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Montesanto (historic center), the street of the nativity scenes.
On foot: 10 minutes from metro line 2 (Campi Flegrei), 2 minutes from the Stadium, 8 minutes from the Mostra d'Oltremare, 6 minutes from the Federico II University, 3 minutes from the Fuorigrotta cumana stop.
Completely renovated in November 2018.
Furnished with elegance and simplicity, it enjoys various comforts, 3 Smart TV, A / C, heating, Wi-Fi, PC, playstation 3, the choice of materials and layout of the rooms has been done with the utmost care and attention, environment warm in winter, cool in summer, outside the chaos of the city, in a very quiet private park with electric gate, available for 2 cars. Everything is in its place.
We have decided to continually improve it to make sure that it has any kind of comfort necessary to spend a great stay in Naples, city of art and in continuous development .

The apartment is cared for in all its details, the toilets have fine finishes, the bathroom has a shower 140 x 100 cm entirely covered with a fantastic mosaic of stones, crystal doors and emotional lights, the toilets are excellent workmanship, the sink rests on a beautiful solid wood shelf.
The second bathroom has a shower of 120 x 80 cm covered with fantastic tiles, even here you access the shower through a glass door and the sink also rests on a solid wood shelf, to complete the compartment in which the washing machine is located closed from a darkened door always in crystal.
The living room is characterized by a beautiful wall equipped in masonry on which lies a comfortable smart TV and a PlayStation, available internet browser to access netflix and more.
The kitchen of 3 meters linear with induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a coffee / tea maker and a nice snack. For those who want to use it is good to know that just in front of the park there is the Sigma supermarket and at 1km the carrfour open 24/7.
