On foot: 10 minutes from metro line 2 (Campi Flegrei), 2 minutes from the Stadium, 8 minutes from the Mostra d'Oltremare, 6 minutes from the Federico II University, 3 minutes from the Fuorigrotta cumana stop.
Completely renovated in November 2018.
Furnished with elegance and simplicity, it enjoys various comforts, 3 Smart TV, A / C, heating, Wi-Fi, PC, playstation 3, the choice of materials and layout of the rooms has been done with the utmost care and attention, environment warm in winter, cool in summer, outside the chaos of the city, in a very quiet private park with electric gate, available for 2 cars.
