I am Francesco and I am the owner of Marina Boutique Rooms in Carini, I am a lover of design and technology. I love travelling and visiting new places to enrich my knowledge. I was a deejay for several years in tourist villages where I had the opportunity to enrich my knowledge. In Palermo I was one of the first hosts by opening the Bed and Breakfast White in 2010. I later fell more and more in love with this job and opened others in Palermo, Monreale and Mondello. The Marina Boutique Rooms in Carini is the latest structure I opened in September 2024 and where I put into practice all the experience I have accumulated over the years trying to create something unique for my guests.

A uniquely designed accommodation with all the services and comforts to make your stay special. A swimming pool for the exclusive use of Marina Boutique Rooms guests, with hydromassage and emotional waterfall that can be used 24/24 hours and is open all year round. In the morning you can enjoy both an Italian and international breakfast on the terrace with an exceptional view of the sea and the mountains. An oasis surrounded by greenery where you can relax in total privacy. A private transfer service is available to guests for a fee to reach Palermo airport even at night. Check-in 24/24 hours.

Marina Boutique Rooms is located in Carini, just a few minutes from Palermo airport and a few steps on foot from the sea. The area where our facility is located is heavily populated in the summer but is equally livable in the winter as both supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. A car or motorbike is essential if you want to visit Palermo or other places nearby. Only a few minutes' walk away, about 1 km, is the “Piraineto” railway station. We give our guests the possibility to use bicycles free of charge to take walks along the coast or to go for a meal nearby.
