Structure at 50 m. from the sea and 10 minutes from Fiumicino Airport and Fiera di Roma. Pizzeria, restaurant, bar within 800m. Minimarket on site. Summer establishments. Padel courts, kitesurfing. The big terrace is equipped with closed windows with air conditiong and heat pump. You can smoke only on the kitchen balcony. There is a camera outside the apartment door for safety reasons. Inside, in the living room, there is a photocell that takes pictures when the alarm sounds if there are external intrusions when the apartment is not booked. There are additional costs for early and late check-in. Only 1 pet, small dog or cat, is accepted. The cost is equal to a daily, weekly or monthly flat rate For stays of a week or more, there is an additional mandatory weekly cleaning cost. For stays longer than 2 nights, the costs for increasing bills and equal to a daily, weekly or monthly flat rate from 15th of November to 15th of April from 15th of June to 15th of September must be added to the total price.
