Established in 1960, Hotel Mediterranée is in a peaceful area of Taormina's historical centre, 5 minutes' walk from Corso Umberto. It offers panoramic views of the bay and Mount Etna, and an outdoor pool. All rooms at the Mediterranée Hotel are air conditioned and feature a TV with satellite channels. Most have a private terrace and fridge. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the large Mediterranean garden, offering great sea views. You will also have free use of a private beach at a sister hotel, reached by a shuttle service, at request. The restaurant serves a range of traditional Sicilian dishes, as well as international cuisine. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, and safety deposit boxes are available at reception. The Ancient Theatre of Taormina and the cable car from Isola Bella are both a 10-minute walk away.
