In five minutes walk you can reach Piazza Grande and the main monuments of the city. The residential area is made up of ancient villas and prestigious buildings. At 300 yd you can find the famous Chef Bottura’s Osteria Francescana. There are car parks with meters in the area (free for our guests) and the huge Del Centro car park is half a mile far. The building and the apartments were completely renovated in 2022. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, the 2 bedrooms apartment is provided with a dishwasher. In the apartment you will all the crockery and adjacent you will find a delicious pastry bar.
