830 sq ft apartments located in a three-unit recently renovated villa, along a tree-lined avenue at the entrance to the historic center. In five minutes walk you can reach Piazza Grande and the main monuments of the city. The residential area is made up of ancient villas and prestigious buildings. At 300 yd you can find the famous Chef Bottura’s Osteria Francescana. There are car parks with meters in the area (free for our guests) and the huge Del Centro car park is half a mile far.
The building and the apartments were completely renovated in 2022. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, the 2 bedrooms apartment is provided with a dishwasher. In the apartment you will all the crockery and adjacent you will find a delicious pastry bar.
English speaking assistance for all your needs
Last area close to the historic center reachable by car and with parking lots with meters available, free for our guests, near the Economics University and the Palazzo dei Musei. The residential area is made up of ancient villas and prestigious buildings.
A pedestrian crossing allows you to enter in the center area.
Ten meters far from the apartment you will find a bus stop, and a ten minute walk will take you to the bus station.
