These two exclusive apartments, Romeo and Juliet, are placed in one of the most antique (1750) and noble palaces of historic center of Modica (Corso Umberto I). They have been totally renovated with luxury finishings and can accommode (each apartment) up to 4 people, having an extra bed option for the 5th person. The apartments are all comfort provided, indipendent air conditioning and heating system, high speed internet WiFi (optical fiber), landline phone, 3 Led TV, Sat, CD, DVD, Dolby Surround, etc.
The Romeo’s furnitures are designed by a well-known architect and are handmade of solid wood by local artisans. In the bathroom you will find a big mosaic twin cabin shower with two bright stainless steel shower heads and separated mixer commands to take a relaxing and customize bath. The heated towel rail with curved round tubes “Alcove” with a seat letting you enjoy all-round warmth (a relaxing extra for the bathroom).
From the Juliet's living room as well the bedroom, you can have access to the two delightful balconies with the mountains view. Through an outdoor table you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner inside the Modica’s city, on the roofs, a real treat!
Modica is an amazing town located in a strategic geographical position, will allow you to reach quickly both the nearby Baroque cities of Scicli, Cava d'Ispica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Siracusa both the famous golden and fine sand long beaches among the most beautiful in Sicily (sights where the “Montalbano” popular TV series were filmed) such as Marina di Modica, Pozzallo, Mar Ispica, Sampieri, Pozzallo, Scoglitti and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Cava Grande and Pantalica.
