Hence our choice to allow guests access and check-in in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after the necessary cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice, and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except at night. Once you reach the building, just collect the keys from the lockbox next to your parking space. After parking, head to your right to enter the building’s entrance. Just a few steps separate you from your destination on the second floor – WITH ELEVATOR INCLUDED. Upon crossing the threshold, you’ll be welcomed by a Renaissance-style foyer. A small sign with the free WiFi access will instantly make you feel at home. In the living area, a comfortable three-seat sofa bed is placed right in front of the Full HD Smart TV – perfect for entertaining children on rainy days. At night, a simple motion will transform the sofa into a bed, turning the living room into a sleeping space for a third guest. From the entrance, turning to your right, you’ll find the dining area equipped with everything needed even for longer stays. A modern hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, and coffee machine. Some coffee pods and a variety of infusions are offered by the host. A table with four chairs completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, various pots, and sachets of salt, oil, vinegar, and sugar are stored in the compartments. At the end of the day, the sleeping area awaits at the far end of the apartment.
