Then there’s Federica, the indispensable pillar of our family business. She’ll be the one to welcome you with her legendary kindness and charm, and she’s fantastic at recommending the trendiest and most fashionable spots of the moment. Last but not least, the cherry on top is my wife, Francesca. She’s always smiling and is your go-to for tips on museums and churches to visit—she studied art history! Francesca also speaks excellent English and fluent French, without a hint of envy from us! ;-) For us, every guest deserves to be pampered and spoiled, in true Neapolitan style—full of instant warmth, chats, laughter, and a genuine desire to win your affection and make new friends! Monteoliveto33 features an intimate and delightful terrace with lush greenery lovingly tended by me, Sergio, where you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee in complete relaxation. Everything is meticulously maintained, and the property was recently renovated in 2020. In the charming common lounge, there’s a coffee machine with complimentary biscuits and NESPRESSO capsules. A free luggage storage service is available at our women’s boutique, just 10 meters from the property.

We are on the edge of the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just a 5-minute walk away. Right in front of us, a few hundred meters away, are the Spanish Quarters: it will be enchanting to get lost in its countless narrow alleys, where you’ll find the now-famous Maradona Mural, a must-see “pagan temple.” Plus, there’s plenty of folklore, small restaurants, and tiny shops selling everything. A 7-8 minute walk takes you to the famous Naples waterfront, another must-visit spot! In short, everything is “a stone’s throw away!” Our location is absolutely strategic— from our property, Naples’ main attractions are all reachable on foot, independently, and in just a few minutes.
