Apartments are available for being rented for a group of family or friends, for a maximum of 12 beds.

situated in a private court, in the very heart of the Sestiere San Marco, the apartments are far away from the touristic routes.
The strategic location allows to reach in few minutes the wonderful San Marco Square an the main places of interest: la Fenice Theatre, gallerie dell’Accademia, Peggy Guggenheim collection, via XXII marzo and it’s luxury brand stores, Punta della Dogana and Palazzo Grassi hosting the F. Pinault’s modern art collection, the ancient church of Madonna della Salute and thousands of other places of interest in the charming Venice.
The perfect position allows also to easily use the public transport to reach every part of the city in very short time. In a couple of minutes walking the Giglio boat stop: LINE 1 Actv public boat, Alilaguna boat orange line.
For private taxi boat, it is possibile to use the water canal in front of the apartments (Rio San Maurizio, at Prefettura’s side).
