Nisea is a typical old house blended with modern colors, located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, in Piazza San Benedetto 16, a few steps from all the most interesting places.
The home is not to far from the train station and there is a free parking not to far from it.
I will be there to welcome you in person, but if your arrival will be in the late evening or at night, don't worry, you can enter thanks to a code that I will provide you on the day of check-in.
The house is equipped with stairs and therefore not suitable for children under the age of 6 or for people with reduced mobility.
The small terrace will give you the sunset experience with an amazing view over the hold Polignano, with a small glimpse of the sea.

The sea is half of my life and for this reason, I try to make your stay unique and exclusive, immersed in one of the most beautiful towns of Italy, Polignano a Mare.
Puglia is one of the most beautiful and vast regions of Italy, what are you waiting for ?!
The home is in Piazza San Benedetto, a place of events, cafes, restaurants and lounge bars with sea views, where you can enjoy your days in total relaxation. At night, the area becomes very quiet and silent so you can have a good night's sleep.
Just outside the door, you'll find a cute little shop, run by an exquisite lady who can give you good advice for a nice look.
The risciò service works perfectly in the streets of the historic center and could be useful for your arrival from the train station.
Near the house there is a free non-private car park, which will allow you to park your car if you are equipped with a vehicle.
