Our chalet is a combination of local high-quality materials with modern touches of design and efficiency. It has the perfect mountain lodge atmosphere with all the comforts of a city penthouse. We are in the ultimate strategic location: on the slopes, near the center, close to nature, and in a peaceful area. Nix is fit to host up to 8 adults. Exceeded 8 guests, it is possible to add 1 child (4 - 13 years) and set up the King Size bed for 3 people, at an extra cost. Exceeded 8/9 guests, it is possible to add 1 child (0 - 4 years) and a cot, free of charge. Nix is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Chalet. The home spaces are: an open space living room with dining area & kitchen, lounge terrace, 3 Double Rooms with 160x200cm bed, 1 King-size open loft room with 200x200cm bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a steam room with an extra shower. Other spaces reserved for guests are: garage with 2 parking spots, personal garden with barbecue & dining area, ski lockers with boot warmers, private bike storage, and shared laundry room with washer/dryer. Nivis is ideal for 4 guests. It is possible to book for a maximum of 6 people, of which 2 staying on a sofa bed at an extra cost. A cot can be added for children between 0 and 4 years old, free of charge. Nivis is located on the ground floor of the Chalet. The home spaces are: an open space living room with traditional fireplace, dining area & kitchen, patio & garden, 2 double rooms and 1 bathroom with shower, and an outdoor hot tub. Other spaces reserved for guests are: garage with 1 parking spot, personal garden with barbecue & dining area, ski lockers with boot warmers, shared bike storage, and shared laundry room with washer/dryer. Nivis is fully equipped to host pets, on request & at an extra cost. It has a closed fenced garden and the possibility to request a "doggy kit" with bowls, mattress, blanket and towel.

The home is directly connected to Mottolino, you can leave from in front of the apartment with your skis/snowboard on and reach all the best slopes (in regular snow conditions)! The center is just 5 minutes away by foot and 300mt from home there is the free-bus & SkiLink stop that takes you anywhere in Livigno.
