Our dwelling is an ancient stone farmhouse, a silent witness to the centuries gone by, dating back to the early 1700s. Skillfully preserved, it retains the rustic soul and timeless elegance of the original architecture. Natural and traditional materials, chosen with care, blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment, in full respect of the principles of bio-construction.
We are located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in an evocative landscape, where the gaze is lost among breathtaking views and dense forests of oaks, ashes, and chestnuts. The privileged position on the ridge, between the Val di Sambro and the Val di Setta, offers unique views and the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of both valleys. Imagine walks through the woods, discovering ancient paths and hidden villages, moments of relaxation contemplating nature from your home. A place where time seems to have stopped, a refuge of peace and serenity, where you can find harmony with Mother Earth and with yourself.

As loving owners and caretakers of this magical place, we reside on the top floor, sharing the property with a sweet and affectionate large dog. With great regret, the presence of our four-legged friend currently precludes the possibility of accommodating other animals.
Our discreet presence on the top floor ensures a point of reference for guests without ever compromising their privacy. Our commitment to safeguarding biodiversity and running the farm, along with the associated educational activities, represents an experiential opportunity for those seeking a deeper approach to the Apennine ecosystems.
Our B&B is committed to supporting projects that go beyond hospitality. We firmly believe in the importance of preserving our precious mountain environment and promoting an inclusive future for all. For this reason, we will allocate part of our proceeds to educational initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mountain biodiversity, active environmental protection projects, and support programs for people with disabilities.
At an altitude of 630 meters, the ridge opens onto a breathtaking panorama that embraces the evocative silhouette of Montevenere, the historic Parco di Monte Sole steeped in memory, the majestic Cimone massif, and a vast portion of the Apennine chain, offering an unforgettable visual experience.
Just two kilometers from the property winds the famous "Via degli Dei" (Path of the Gods), an ancient path traveled by wayfarers and pilgrims, connecting Bologna to Florence through a picturesque itinerary rich in history and natural beauty.
