Our dwelling is an ancient stone farmhouse, a silent witness to the centuries gone by, dating back to the early 1700s. We are located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in an evocative landscape, where the gaze is lost among breathtaking views and dense forests of oaks, ashes, and chestnuts. The privileged position on the ridge, between the Val di Sambro and the Val di Setta, offers unique views and the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of both valleys. Imagine walks through the woods, discovering ancient paths and hidden villages, moments of relaxation contemplating nature from your home. A place where time seems to have stopped, a refuge of peace and serenity, where you can find harmony with Mother Earth and with yourself.

Just two kilometers from the property winds the famous "Via degli Dei" (Path of the Gods), an ancient path traveled by wayfarers and pilgrims, connecting Bologna to Florence through a picturesque itinerary rich in history and natural beauty.
