The bottom beds: one single bed and one double bed (wide 140 cm). The loft beds with the wooden steps: a king single bed (wide 110 cm) and a double bed (wide 140 cm) with comfortable mattresses with the soft toppers. For a couple of guests: a bottom double bed will be prepared. For other group compositions please clarify during the booking which beds you want to be prepared. There is an outdoor kitchen on the terrace with 4 gas burners, a sink with hot water and a dishwasher. The inflatable mini pool 270 cm x 180 cm and a height of 70 cm is heatable and it has a whirlpool. There are single duvets with duvet covers, plaids for the cold season. There are in the apartment: bed linen, bathroom towels (large, medium and small), hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper. For reasons of personal hygiene, health and safety, neither food nor cleaning products are provided, which must be purchased by the guests, based on their needs and compatibility with any allergies and intolerance. During the guests' stay: there is no bed linen change service, nor daily/weekly cleaning. Ladispoli city tax is 1.5 euro per person per day; it is not included in your payment and must be paid upon arrival to the owner of the apartment. Pets are allowed only upon request prior to booking. You must provide the breed and age of your dog (or dogs if you have more than one). Unauthorized pets will not be accommodated. Adult dogs are welcome, provided they are used to doing their business during walks and sleeping alone, not in their owners' beds. A sleeping space will be prepared for your four-legged friend on a raised mattress. Puppies and cats are not allowed because the house contains various handcrafted wooden furniture and finishes that may be damaged during the stay of puppies and cats.

Apartment with external staircase in a restored independent house in the historic center of Ladispoli (province of Rome), Via Lazio, one minute's walk from the sea. The house was built more than a hundred years ago as a simple and popular dwelling near the sea. The entrance from the street is through a shared condominium area with another old building. There are two external stairs, one leading to the entrance door, the other to the roof terrace. The total space: 40 square meters inside plus 40 square meters of roof terrace. The indoor space: entrance with the kitchenette, one room with beds, one bathroom (wc, bidet, shower, laundry).

The historic center of Ladispoli is a few minutes walk from the "Ladispoli-Cerveteri" train station. Trains to Rome leave from the station and with a BIRG daily ticket that can be purchased at the station, you can spend a day in Rome traveling with various means of public transportation. Via Lazio is an ancient street and is one of the first streets of the town so it is full of historic buildings. Via Lazio is located parallel to the seafront and leads directly to the central squares of Ladispoli. The sea is about 100 meters from the door of the house. The black sand beach is free to access. A few steps from the house are shops, bars and pizzerias. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Welcome to my "Old style by the sea" apartment! I am the owner of the house that I manage personally. I have arranged self access to the house, so without my presence, the guests can enter after check-in time until late at night with a door code. For any problem during your stay you can contact me via w.a.p.p. If I can solve the problem online, I will do it immediately.
