Arriving by car, you’ll immediately enjoy a major convenience – parking won’t be a problem! Your accommodation offers a true RARITY in Varazze: a PRIVATE, FREE, and COVERED GARAGE located directly beneath the apartment – a great saving compared to paid parking. Upon arrival at the building, just take the keys from the lockbox next to your parking spot. Once parked, walk to your right to enter the building’s entrance. Just a few steps separate you from your destination on the first floor – WITH ELEVATOR INCLUDED. To keep the apartment comfortable in every season, there’s a HOT & COLD AIR CONDITIONER in each room of the Suite. Upon entering, you’ll be immediately immersed in the spacious living area, equipped with all necessary comforts. A small WiFi sign with access info will instantly make you feel at home. A comfortable three-seat sofa bed is right in front of the Full HD Smart TV – a must-have for entertaining kids on rainy days. At night, with a simple move, the sofa turns into a bed, converting the living area into a sleeping space for two. From the entrance, turning right, you’ll find the “petit” dining area, equipped with everything you need even for longer stays. A modern stovetop, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, and coffee machine. Some coffee pods and assorted infusions are offered by the house. A four-seat table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, a variety of pots, plus sachets of salt, oil, vinegar, and sugar are stored in various compartments.
