The genesis of the project Our project was born from the desire to take over and enhance the structure, a family property, built in the 70s as a nursing home. The first founder was our father, Nello, from whom the structure takes its name (Ollen is the anagram of his name). We have decided to overturn the use of the structure but always focusing on well-being, this time in a different guise. We wanted to create a place where well-being and space meet to create a new form of hospitality: eco-bleasure (eco-sustainability, business and leisure). The space is designed to experience unique moments and rediscover one's dimension even away from home through the comfort of apartments with a view and private terrace, and all the services of a residence aimed at physical and mental well-being. We have always taken care of people, as a family, as doctors and today we want to do it with a new project, Ollen.
