Common spaces and rooms of "Palazzo Samà" are on the first floor of a historic residence revisited by a recent restoration. Elegance, good taste and bright environments designed to welcome, pamper and offer every necessary comfort.
Palazzo Samà is located in a strategic position 7 minutes by car from the city center and 10 minutes from Catanzaro Lido. It is also 5 minutes from the motorway exit (SS280) from which you can easily reach the University of Studies "Magna Graecia", the "Mater Domini" Polyclinic and the Regional Citadel.
As for transport, the bed and breakfast is a 3-minute walk from the city's railway station, the bus stop and 5 minutes from the Catanzaro Funicular.
