Small apartments/studios at few steps from Piazza del Popolo. Affordable and Clean. Please note: Bathrooms are small, all with showers, maisonette's bathroom has a small shower on the WC. These studios are inside an historical building, building's rules about noise, garbage, etc. are applied. Check-In is usually from 4.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m. (Cleaning Staff works in the flat during the morning). Early Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 30.00 euro (after 10.00 a.m. - subject to availability). Late Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 20.00 euro (after midnight the fee is 50.00 euro). Check-Out is normally at 10.00 a.m. Early Check-Out is free (my City Manager can arrange a Check-Out the evening before). Late Check-Out can be added as extra with a fee of 35.00 euro (maximum till 2.00 p.m. - subject to availability). The fees, of course, are for our assistance and cleaning staff. Luggage storage is free (subject to availability) from 10.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. Children till 2 years stay for free. Children from 3 years till 10 years pay only 5.00 euro per night. Children from 11 years pay 10.00 euro per night. Extra Baby Cot if requested is 8.00 euro per night (linens & towels included). Balance at Check-In can be paid in cash or with Credit Cards (+3% Fee). The studios could accomodate a maximum of 2 people (or 3 for the larger). Before to leave the studios please ensure to have read our check out instructions in particular please leave the keys on the table, take out the trash, empty the fridge and close the door of the apartment.

These small apartments are situated on Via della Penna, inside the historical district of Campo Marzio. Rome can easily be explored from these lovely studios in an 18th century building. Campo Marzio is still a favoured place of many artists, musicians and actors. Its magical atmosphere - which enriched by historic buildings and picturesque streets and squares in - will leave hardly anyone untouched.
