A quiet country holiday home on the slopes of the Orvieto cliff.
Lovely two-storey farmhouse half in the countryside, surrounded by approximately 9000 sqm of land with olive trees, vines, fruit trees and a large vegetable garden, directly beneath the imposing Etruscan Orvieto. The house, recently renovated, is functional and comfortable with restored furniture from the family collection. The owner's family lives in a separate building on the property; cats, dogs and chickens are also housed in the property. In the valley below Orvieto and about 1.2 km from the house the A1 motorway and the railway Milan-Rome-Naples runs.
The house is an ideal base for sightseeing in Umbria, southern Tuscany and Rome is easy to reach in an hour of driving or using public transport. Parking in the enclosed grounds.
