Our agency is opened from 2001 and me and my sister lived in Levanto since we were born. We are people who wish to meet new friends and different cultures. PORTOVECCHIO is a historic residence located in the medieval part of Levanto and consists of six apartments for your holidays. Located in the center of Levanto, the name PORTOVECCHIO recalls the docks of the merchant port, active until 1600, located where there is now the entrance gate, while the building is leaning against the medieval walls. Totally renovated in 2020, it features a parking area with parking spaces for each apartment, a shared laundry room and a common garden. The condominium offers, in five of the apartments, private outdoor spaces, such as gardens or terraces, and air conditioning. The central location is ideal for those who want to visit Levanto on foot or by bicycle, leaving their car in the internal parking. In a few steps you can reach the beaches and the boat embarkation for the Cinque Terre, as well as the shops where you can rent bicycles, including electric ones, with which to explore the surroundings and the cycle path that leads to Bonassola and Framura. To visit the Cinque Terre it is also possible to do it through the railway line or the various paths. In the car park there is an IEC 60309–220V – 16 electric socket for charging cars.

The city Levanto, in the province of La Spezia, overlooking the Gulf of Poets, is located a few kilometers from the famous Cinque Terre, as to be called “the door of the Cinque Terre .”The proximity to the five villages of ligurian tourism paradise, gives it a similar geography, a coast overhanging the sea with terraces planted with olive trees, lemon trees and vineyards and the characteristic dry stone walls. The Gulf of La Spezia on which Levanto is clinging, is a wide and deep inlet on the coast of the Ligurian Sea, located at the eastern end of Liguria and takes its name from the city of La Spezia, situated in the bottom of the magnificent bay. This beautiful bay, just to the natural charm of its shores, is also called the Gulf of Poets. The wide bay is one of the largest beaches in the area and today it is a popular destination for both surfers and beach-life lovers. The uniqueness of Levanto is also proven by the inclusion of part of its territory in the Cinque Terre National Park, established in 1999. Within the National Park there is also a marine protected area, because the Ligurian Sea has a unique feature.
