The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Comfortable and bright two-room apartment, strategically located: on the highway hence convenient to get there both by car and public transportation but quiet and facing the lake with a breathtaking view! The kitchen is complete with all accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, in the living room the sofa bed is a two-seater. The apartment is reserved for nonsmokers and is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, two televisions, and a washing machine. There are also hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the duration of the stay. Private parking is a few meters away from the building's entrance, and the area is well served by public services. Pets are not allowed. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail is designed to welcome you to a clean and comfortable environment. Take care of it, you are welcome! It is mandatory to be in possession of a credit card to leave as a guarantee against any damages. Prepaid and ATM cards are not accepted.
