Seafront apartment with pool in Alghero
Residence Eucalipti sijaitsee Algherossa aivan meren tuntumassa. Majoituspaikan huoneistoihin kuuluu parveke. Majoituspaikassa on myös ulkouima-allas ja ilmainen WiFi. Maria Pian ranta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Vuonna 2011 kunnostetusta majoituspaikasta on hyvät yhteydet keskustaan bussilla tai merenrantaa pitkin kävellen. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on ilmastointi, parveke, oleskelutila sekä keittotila, jossa on jääkaappi ja keittolevy. Kaikki uudessa rakennuksessa sijaitsevat kylpyhuoneet ja kalusteet on uusittu. Residence Eucaliptissa hintaan sisältyy loppusiivous, käyttömaksut sekä kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Ne vaihdetaan kerran viikossa. Residence Eucaliptin ympäristössä on laaja valikoima ravintoloita, supermarketteja ja lasten leikkipaikkoja. Lentokenttäkuljetuspalvelu on saatavilla pyynnöstä ja lisämaksusta. Algheron lentokenttä on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.
Erityisesti pariskunnat pitävät sijainnista – he antoivat sille pisteiksi 9,1.

The Residence Eucalipti is just a short stroll from Maria Pia Beach. The Alghero old town is at 1800 metres from the property. You can take the local bus or walking along the seafront.
We would like to let you feel like at home. Our staff is always at your disposal to organize your stay in Alghero. The property has a private swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can relax. If you have a car, you can park it in the internal parking at the price with an extra fee, it is important to book the parking at the moment of the reservation. As part of your family, your pet of any sizes can stay with an extra fee in special apartments for them. In walking distance there is the dog beach of Maria Pia.
The area around is very interesting. In order to bring to the riches of the surrounding territory, they were created itineraries hiking to the Nuragic Village of Palmavera, the Domus de Janas Anghelu Ruju and Santu Pedru, the Bay of Capo Caccia with the magnificent caves of Neptune, the Gulf of Porto Conte where there are the remains of an ancient Roman Villa and Monte Doglia (ideal environments for a photo safari). The area is also of great natural interest for the extended surfaces with different environmental types ranging from Mediterranean scrub forests full of trails, which are an invitation to the discovery of local resources. Walking along the paths of the valleys, admire rare plant species, while magnificent specimens of animals that live in the protected area of the Ark of Noah, are some of the attractions of a habitat of the most spectacular of the Mediterranean.
