Just 50 metres from its private beach, eco-friendly Recidence Intur offers free WiFi and apartments with a private entrance and sea-view terrace. Surrounded by a Mediterranean park, apartments are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Marciana Marina on the Elba Island. Apartments at the Recidence Intur are set in independent, stone-walled houses. Each features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom with hairdryer. If you feel like exploring the surroundings and go to the centre of Marciana Marina, free bikes are provided. Free puddle boards and kayaks are also available. The property offers free parking. Ferries to the Italian mainland leave from Portoferraio, 15 km away.

The residence is located directly on the sea with two beaches, one of which is private and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, kayaks, sup and trampoline.
The property is surrounded by a large Mediterranean park full of plants of various species and has a private internal parking.
In addition, the residence is energetically autonomous with a photovoltaic shelter that also acts as a cover for the parking lot.
Ozone sterilization is carried out before the apartment is handed over.
Pets are welcome. They can access all areas of the structure and the equipped beach and swim on the free beach. Bowls and mats available. May incur an additional charge.
