Residence Viviverde was built again in 2017 starting from a historic and prestigious building at the entrance of Collescipoli, 5 minutes from the city center of Terni.
We have 10 apartments complete with kitchen and kitchenette. Private bathroom with all services. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating.
All apartments have been designed for maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay, therefore they are equipped with double glazing on the windows and aluminum shutters that ensure isolation from the outside of sounds and noises.
The residence has private parking inside the structure which is accessed with an electric gate with personalized remote control for each apartment.
The entire residence is covered by wi-fi with connection speeds over 100mb.
The welcoming environment is completed by a private garden that surrounds the entire structure.
The service also includes the supply of bed linen and towels as well as the tidying up and periodic cleaning for long stays.
