The Residence Zenith, located beachfront just 100 meters from Levante Beach, offers a panoramic view of Caorle Beach. The property features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with spacious terraces, perfect for enjoying the landscape. Facilities include an elevator, laundry room, and private fenced parking. Each apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with a hallway, and a terrace. The spaces are modernly and functionally furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The apartments are equipped with gas stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, satellite TV, dishes, cookware, and kitchen accessories, as well as a hairdryer (hygiene products not included). Each unit has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. A pillow is provided for each bed, and bed linen (sheets and towels) is available upon request.
Residence Zenith is pet-friendly and welcomes pets, making it ideal for those who want to spend their holiday with their dog. It is just a few steps from "BAU BEACH," a dedicated area for pets.
