Situat al cor de Venècia, el Bed and Breakfast Residenza La Loggia es troba a 2 minuts a peu de la plaça de Sant Marc i a 400 m del pont de Rialto. Ofereix habitacions elegants decorades amb un estil venecià del segle XVIII. L'edifici data de l'any 1100. Les habitacions tenen sostres amb bigues de fusta i teixits de luxe. Tenen esquemes de colors forts i terres de moqueta. Totes disposen d'aire condicionat, Wi-Fi gratuïta, TV LCD i minibar. Cada matí se serveix un esmorzar italià amb cafè i croissants a les habitacions, també per als nens que comparteixen habitació amb els seus pares. Hi ha cafè i te gratuïts disponibles a qualsevol hora i la zona dels voltants també està plena de cafeteries i restaurants per dinar i sopar. Es pot arribar fàcilment a La Loggia amb l'autobús aquàtic 1, 2 o N des de l'estació de tren de Santa Lucia. La parada de vaporetto més propera és al Pont de Rialto. Des de l'aeroport Marco Polo podeu agafar l'autobús aquàtic Alilaguna fins a la plaça de Sant Marc.

My name is Matteo and I have lived in Venice for all my life. I love this city and I will try to make you enjoy your stay in Venice giving you some suggestions for local restaurants and best places in Venice to take photos. I will be also happy to book some tours for you or plan any special event you wish.

Go to the Venice municipality web page to request exemption from paying the entrance fee and make your registration indicating that you are guests of our “RESIDENZA LA LOGGIA DI MATTEO TODISCO [SAN MARCO,1008] cod.3299" and complete the process. At the end they will leave you a QR code that you can show to the police if they ask you. You will not have to pay any additional taxes because you already pay the tourist tax at the hotel!

Residenza La Loggia is just a one-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and enjoys a strategic location, only a few steps from the public transport stops connecting to the train station and the airport.
All rooms feature a private bathroom and are elegantly decorated in Venetian style. Every morning, from 8:00 to 10:00, breakfast is served in the room with a selection of sweet and savory products.
The reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please note that we are a Bed and Breakfast, not a hotel.
