Set in the heart of Venice, the Bed and Breakfast Residenza La Loggia is a 2-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 400 metres from Rialto Bridge. It offers elegant rooms decorated in an 18th-century Venetian style. The building dates back to 1100. Rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings and luxury fabrics. They have strong colour schemes and carpeted floors. All are air-conditioned and come with free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV and a minibar. An Italian breakfast of coffee and croissants is brought to the guest rooms each morning, also for children sharing the room with their parents. Free coffee and tea are available at any time and the surrounding area is also full of cafés and restaurants for lunch and dinner. La Loggia is easily reached by water-bus 1, 2 or N from Santa Lucia Train Station. The nearest Vaporetto stop is at Rialto Bridge. From Marco Polo Airport you can take the Alilaguna water-bus to St. Mark's Square.

My name is Matteo and I have lived in Venice for all my life. I love this city and I will try to make you enjoy your stay in Venice giving you some suggestions for local restaurants and best places in Venice to take photos. I will be also happy to book some tours for you or plan any special event you wish.

Go to the Venice municipality web page to request exemption from paying the entrance fee and make your registration indicating that you are guests of our “RESIDENZA LA LOGGIA DI MATTEO TODISCO [SAN MARCO,1008] cod.3299" and complete the process. At the end they will leave you a QR code that you can show to the police if they ask you. You will not have to pay any additional taxes because you already pay the tourist tax at the hotel!

Residenza La Loggia is just a one-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and enjoys a strategic location, only a few steps from the public transport stops connecting to the train station and the airport.
All rooms feature a private bathroom and are elegantly decorated in Venetian style. Every morning, from 8:00 to 10:00, breakfast is served in the room with a selection of sweet and savory products.
The reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please note that we are a Bed and Breakfast, not a hotel.
