Enjoy a more independent holiday experience at Residenza Sveva. Try the new ‘albergo diffuso’ concept, where hotel rooms and facilities are spread around the town, in 4 central locations. A stay in one of Residenza Sveva’s rooms offers you a unique chance for greater interaction with the locals and means you’ll really get to know Termoli’s historic centre. All accommodation is situated within the town’s old walls, meaning whichever room you are given, you will be in the heart of town, just short walking distance from Termoli’s beaches and port as well as restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. All of Residenza Sveva’s individually designed rooms are bright and well-furnished, some offering sea views. Most come with balconies and satellite television and all come with minibars. Residenza Sveva’s main hotel building is found in Piazza Duomo, just steps away from Termoli’s port. A tasty italian breakfast buffet is served here each morning in the breakfast room overlooking the main square, Piazza Duomo.

On arrival at Residenza Sveva you will be given keys to both your room and the building in which you will be staying. Please note that check-in must be carried out by 21:30 as the reception in the main building in Piazza Duomo closes at this time.
The property's restaurant is located at Via Giudicato Vecchio.
A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
