A recently renovated farmhouse offers finely furnished rooms with bathroom in a typically Sicilian atmosphere characterised by stone walls. Facilities include an internal car park, laundry, a communal kitchen, a large dining room with a fireplace, a furnished outdoor porch where you can have breakfast, a large garden with a barbecue area, a solarium and a small swimming pool are the jewels in the crown for enjoying the days in absolute tranquillity for a good relaxation.

However, it boasts a strategic location that will allow you to reach the historic centre of Modica, the sea and Scicli in just 10 minutes by car.
