The Bouganvillage residence is located just 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia, in the residential hamlet of Tanaunella, at 3 kms from the centre of Budoni and 15 km from San Teodoro. The flats, surrounded by beautiful gardens, have independent entrance. They can be on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with veranda, equipped with table and chairs.
The apartments are finely furnished and they have: equipped kitchenette, oven, TV, toaster, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

The excellent location allows you to reach in a few minutes some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, including: Porto Ainu, the Posada beach with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni beach and the Bidderosa oasis. In the area it's possible to visit important archaeological sites and natural parks, to discover local traditions and eno-gastronomic itineraries, and to enjoy nights at the disco.

Pets are not allowed in public areas and on the beach. An additional cost will be charged for extra cleaning.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours which have not been confirmed.
All units are either on the ground or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. They all include air conditioning and a parasol. Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available at an extra cost.
Please note that swimming pool, air conditioning, communal laundry, barbecue area, playground and bicycle service are subject to availability.
Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange key collection.
