The rate includes the use of water, gas, electricity, bed linen and air conditioning.

WiFi is free up to 150 MB per person.

Please note that the cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area.

Pets are not allowed in public areas and on the beach. An additional cost will be charged for extra cleaning.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours which have not been confirmed.

All units are either on the ground or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. They all include air conditioning and a parasol. Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available at an extra cost.

Please note that swimming pool, air conditioning, communal laundry, barbecue area, playground and bicycle service are subject to availability.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange key collection.
