The furnishings in the lower level living area are more simple and practical in style. From the side terrace that overlooks the lake, you enter into a welcoming living area with comfortable armchairs that has access on to a wooden balcony off to the side. Next to this is the well equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops and a large dining table and chairs. From the living area there is access on to a second balcony with stunning lake views. Adjacent to this is a double bedroom with lake views and a bright, modern bathroom with sink, shower and toilet/bidet. The furnished terrace has rattan furniture and a fantastic view that invites you to relax and simply soak up the lake and the Alpine panoramic views.  From this upper living area, stairs lead down to the lower, light filled living area with a cozy sofa set which includes a double sofa bed. Off to the side is the kitchen area that includes a rustic dining table, chairs and kitchenette. Towards the back is the (optically separate) sleeping.

This charming stone house 'Rustico dei Vini' is nestled into the hillside and has 5,000-sqm of grounds filled with grape vines, fruit and olive trees, with no direct neighbors. It is located above Domaso, on the western shore of the lake, about 100m above the lake shore road. Enjoy the sunny, south facing position and the breathtaking and expansive views down towards the south of the lake, the Domaso headland and the stunning alpine panorama. The holiday home is situated on a slope with one wide balcony facing the lake, one natural stone terrace that is partially covered with a pergola of grape vines and a roof covered terrace on the side of the house at the entrance.  The top floor of the house is unused. The meadows containing the grapevines are not part of the rental, however, the grassy areas directly next to the house and meadows above, can be shared and used. The landlady's mom Adelheid welcome you to the apartment and their coffee bar at the campsite in Domaso with it’s own private beach.
